Is this wheel/rim AM20750 compatible with a Towmaster SS ST235/80R16 tire? The Towmaster tire is made by Greenball and has a part number of TD16235E.

The tire needs to fit the diameter and width of the rim, which for the Dexstar Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel # AM20750 is 16" diameter and 6" wide.
I looked up the tire you mentioned and while it will fit the diameter of the Dexstar # AM20750 there was no information about the wheel width it needed.
For a ST235/80R16 tire that will fit a 16" x 6" wheel a great option is the Tamarack Radial Tire # LHCK401; this is a load range E tire with a maximum capacity of 3,520 lbs at 80 psi.
