Features to know about

Built for Heavy Loads and Long Miles: Load Range H with 81-mph Speed Rating

This Provider 215/75R17.5 radial tire is made for serious hauling. With a 16-ply rating and a maximum load of 4,805 lbs at 123 psi, it’s ready for heavy-duty use on long stretches of highway. The tire meets DOT specs and exceeds FMVSS standards, so you can cruise confidently at up to 81 mph without worrying about heat buildup or tread wear.

Corrosion Resistance that Lasts: 3-Step Silver Powder Coat Finish

The steel wheel uses a 3-stage finishing process that includes a zinc phosphate bath, e-coat primer, and baked-on silver powder coat on both sides. That layered protection keeps rust and corrosion in check through moisture, road grime, and salt exposure. The result is a clean look that stays sharp season after season.

Smooth, Durable Performance: Radial Construction with Double Steel Belts

This tire’s radial design uses double steel belts and double polyester cords for long life and even tread wear. A nylon tread-firming belt overlay helps prevent separation, while the bake-tested rubber compound holds up over time. That combination delivers smooth tracking and stability at highway speeds.

Strong Foundation for Tough Jobs: Hub-Piloted Steel Wheel Rated at 6,005 lbs

The 17-1/2" x 6-3/4" hub-piloted steel wheel has an 8 on 6-1/2" bolt pattern, +0.08" offset, and a pilot diameter of 4.76". It’s sturdy enough for demanding loads, with a wheel capacity of 6,005 lbs. Flange nuts (sold separately) are required for proper installation, ensuring a secure fit under heavy weight.

Ready to Handle Real Work: Regroovable Tread with Quick Wear Indicators

Tread depth bars give an easy visual cue for wear checks, and the regroovable tread allows additional mileage when permitted by law. With its 16/32" tread depth and strong radial construction, this combo is built for reliable service mile after mile.

Determining Bolt Pattern

1. Count the lug holes

Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).

Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug

2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)

Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.

Center to Center
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"

2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)

Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).

Center to Outside Edge
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

Excellent price on a great tire and rim. Matches perfectly to the tire and rim I had to replace. Fast shipping too.

by:

Great price and a good quality tire and wheel. I have them on my small dump trailer and they work great

by:

This is the third order from an outstanding company... first two a hitch and wiring harness for an Audi TT, and now tires for the trailer I haul with it, a modified Cessna Centurion turned CAMPER... these tires are BETTER then I expected, and rated at 80mph...OUTSTANDING!!! THANK YOU etrailer!!!

by:

Called into etrailer and spoke with Katherina. She was extremely helpful and pleasant to talk with. Katherina personally processed my order to make sure it shipped properly (ordered over 4th of July weekend and have a trip scheduled the next weekend). I received personal updates from Katherina when the order shipped and was delivered. The tires/wheels arrived separately boxed in nice packaging that was not dented or damaged. These will be put on tonight and driven roughly 1,000 miles over the next week! I will definitely be shopping through etrailer again!

Photo shows the old wheels/tires mounted on the trailer next to the new wheels/tires.

by:

Great tire wheel set. Saved me the trouble of cleaning up my old rusted wheels and less cost them mounting new tires on old rims.
Shipped in heavy duty box.
Made my old trailer look like new.

by:

I bought these to replace the 15" tires/wheels on my deck over trailer after having trouble finding 15" tires that could withstand modern highway speeds. I was not sure there was room for them, but they did fit and I've been very pleased with them.

by:

Quick shipping. Whole purchase process was quick and easy! Rim came with a few scratches on it, may have to touch it up so it doesn't rust... (possibly due to the fact, they ship it without any box or protection), but since it is for a spare tire, that is not a problem for me. Overall the tire looks great!

by:

I needed a spare tire for my trailer and I wanted the rims to match. I saw this and took a chance. Lo and behold they matched perfect. The tire is even better than the ones that came with the trailer. I also got the mounting bracket/carrier. The bolts that came with the bracket were way to long so I went and got some shorter grade 5 bolts and ta da looks good, works great.

by:

The Taskmaster Provider ST205/75R 15 On Silver Mod - 5/5 is an excellent radial tire/wheel combo for the price! Purchased to use as a spare on my 8' x 12' foot flat bed/utility trailer. This purchased wheel matches my current wheels and once my current ST205/75D (biased) tires wear out, I plan to replace with the radial tire version purchased here via etrailer.com

by:

I needed to replace all four tires on my camper. Etrailer made that easy for me by providing information online as to tire specifications and hub configuration. Pricing with rims included was very competitive even against tire discounters who offered tires only. Mounted tires were shipped (free shipping) promptly and delivered to my door by UPS. Each tire was individually boxed and had the proper inflation. Easily swapped out the tires in my driveway yesterday saving me a lot of rigamarole running back and forth with the camper to have new tires mounted. Picture attached.

by:

I’m a returning customer because of the service and prices. 5 stars

by:

Best price I could find on line or going to different stores + free shipping!! This is a spare for my trailer dolly great to pull my cobra kit car!!

by:

All 5 tires showed up each boxed separately. Free shipping and had them within a week. Their customer service kept me informed as to where in the process my order was. Would definitely order from etrailer.com again.

by:

It's a spare tire. Very round. Came well packaged in a cardboard box.

by:

I'm giving 2 stars because I ordered this tire and rim combo and when it arrived the tire was the correct brand but the rim was incorrect. The rim was supposed to be an ARC brand and powder coated. The rim that arrived was made by Maxion and it was acrylic enamel. etrailer took the tire and rim combo back after I explained the issue. Fast forward a few months I was shopping for the rim and tire combo shown above and it showed instock. I ordered it and when it arrived the same thing happened. What I received was not what was pictured. Again I was ordering the ARC rim and Provider tire and I received the Maxion rim and Provider tire. So I called again and it sounds like the person that received the return just put the tire and rim combo back on the shelf even though I explained in detail to the person on the phone it was mislabeled. I know etrailer has had the ARC rim and Provider tire combo because I've ordered one from them before. I give the customer service kudos for trying to help me but its too bad there was a communication break down between the person answering the phone and the person accepting the returns. The tire and rim pictured is correct to what I was trying to order. What I was trying to order was even in their video describing the product. The ARC rims has a little round gold sticker with the letters ARC.

by:

Purchased this tire/wheel combo as a spare for my utility trailer. I was amazed at the speed of delivery and the perfect match to the wheels I currently have on the trailer. I also purchased a Master #262DAT spare tire carrier lock and Wishbone #A20WB 4-way wire combo from etrailer. com. Unfortunatly, etrailer did not carry a spare tire carrier that suited my needs so I built my own, everything installed perfectly. I am extremely please with the products and customer service I received from etrailer. Will definitely purchase from etrailer again as the need arises.

by:

Quick shipping. Exactly what I ordered

by:

My 2011 trailer came with these tires on it never had a tire problem for 10 years and still have them around as spares. So they will be good on my 2020 trailer.

by:

Exactly what I ordered but even better. They not only mounted and inflated the tire/wheel; they also balanced it. Thank you etrailer !

  • Looking for Replacement Grand Design Aluminum Phoenix Trailer Wheel
Hey Megan, I think we can still help but the # TA95ZR is a hub piloted wheel and it's pilot diameter does not match what you have now so it would not work for you. Instead we have the exact replacement wheel to what you sent in a picture of and described with the Lionshead part # LH88VR. Did your wheel get damaged and you need a replacement or are you looking for a spare?

These wheels with that bolt pattern and wheel bolt size are rated for 4,805 lbs at 123 psi. The 5/8 inch bolts you are referring to are a stronger bolt, but will not work with these wheels based on the wheel design. That change is not required based on the wheel design or weight. While we can't order you in the axle you are needing we can help with the wheels and tires. The Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly part # 8-219-18UC3 fits 7K axles and it has a 4.75" pilot with 9/16" studs so it will work with most hub piloted 17.5" wheels like the Provider 215/75R17.5 Radial Tire w/ 17-1/2" Silbrt Mod Wheel part # TS95ZR. • Can 17.5 Inch Tires and Wheels be Used in Place of 16 Inch on a Gooseneck Trailer
For load rang H tires we only have those in the 17-1/2 inch size. If there is room enough above the tires you have now to go to the taller size then you certainly could as long as you have an 8 on 6-1/2 bolt pattern. The tires and wheels in this size all have an offset with the exception of # LHAS701 which has a zero offset. That means the mounting surface is at the dead center of the wheel. A positive offset moves the tire closer to the trailer and negative moves it further away so you...

  • Recommended Tires and Leaf Springs for Trailer With Tandem 7,000 Pound Axles
Starting off with leaf springs for your 7,000 lb axles, we have the 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring # e64SR. In addition to the leaf springs you will also need the U-Bolt Kit # APUBR-9 and Tandem-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit # APT5 which will allow you to get everything mounted. Wheels and tires will depend on the size you want and the bolt pattern. For 7k axles I'm assuming your hub assembly has an 8 on 6-1/2 bolt pattern. There are a few options but the Westlake 215/75R17.5 Radial Tire w 17-1/2" Lynx Aluminum Wheel # LHAS701 will not fit the 5/8" studs on your trailer. You can change your hubs to ones with a 9/16" studs to use these wheels. To do this I would need the bearing numbers from the inner and outer bearing of your current hubs to make sure you get the correct hub. Yes, you can switch from 16-1/2 inch to 17-1/2 inch wheels and tires on your equipment trailer with 10,000 lb axles. You just need to make sure the wheels have the same bolt pattern and work with the wheel bolts size of your hub and you're good to go. For example, the Provider 215/75R17.5 Radial Tire with 17-1/2" Silver Mod Wheel # TA95ZR has a 4,805 lb capacity, an 8 on 6-1/2" bolt pattern and needs a hub with 5/8" wheel bolts.
