does 215 60 8 replace or the same as 18.5x8.5x8

Yes, the Kenda 215/60-8 Bias Trailer Tire with 8 inch Galvanized Wheel, # AM3H320, will replace a wheel and tire combination with tire size 18.5 x 8.5 - 8, as long as the bolt pattern of your original wheel is 5 on 4-1/2 inches and the weight capacity of your trailer axle is 1,870 pounds or less.

If the axle capacity of your trailer is higher, say 2,000 pounds, you would need to go with a load range D tire and wheel combination, # AM3H325.

If you have a 4 on 4 bolt pattern wheel then you would need the Trailer Tire with 8 inch Galvanized Wheel 4 on 4, # AM3H300. The 4 bolt pattern wheel is only available with a load range C tire with capacity of 1,870 pounds.
