This 2" round GloLight LED clearance or side marker light stands out with its solid amber glow created by six white LEDs under an amber lens. The unique GloLight lens gives a smooth, solid panel of light instead of individual points, adding a clean and uniform look. At 12.8 volts, it draws only 0.063 amps while lasting up to 50 times longer than incandescent lights. That means better efficiency, brighter output, and no more dealing with burnt-out bulbs.
For anyone tired of water sneaking into their trailer lights, this one solves that problem outright. Its housing and lens are sonically sealed into a single waterproof unit that’s fully submersible. That setup keeps moisture out and protects the LEDs and circuit board from corrosion. The durable surface-mount technology (SMT) construction also helps it handle shock and vibration better than older through-hole designs, making it tough enough for heavy use or rough roads.
This light installs neatly with a recessed mount using grommet A54GB (sold separately). It accepts an industry-standard 2-prong plug (A46PB or A49PB – sold separately), so wiring is simple and clean. The fit requires a 2-5/16" diameter hole for installation, giving it a flush appearance that doesn’t stick out awkwardly. If preferred, you can pair it with bracket BK5557GB (sold separately) to surface mount instead.
Built to meet DOT, FMVSS 108, and CMVSS requirements, this P2-rated light emits a 45-degree beam on each side of its centerline for a total of 90 degrees of coverage. It functions as either a clearance light or side marker light when properly mounted. With durable polycarbonate housing, acrylic lens, and a lifetime warranty on the LEDs, it’s made for long-term performance that stays compliant and dependable on the road.

Today on our trailer we'll be installing the glow light LED trailer clearance or side marker light submersible with 6 diodes, surround with an amber lens, part number MCL155AB. Here's what our light looks like once it's on. We'll go ahead and turn it off for you, turn back on. As you can see, even out here on a very bright sunny day, it is quite visible in the light. It is sonically sealed in a waterproof housing, and the lens unit itself is submersible. They accept the industry standard 2 prong plug that is P2 rated.
The Optronics 2 inch round LED assembly meets SAE and DOT safety standards. As you can see here, our light on our trailer that's supposed to be amber has actually turned to a very opaque white. We're going to go ahead and replace it here today, so it's actually more visible and follows DOT safety standards. We'll grab our light from the back and push it out through our grommet like so. We will unplug the light, take our protective tape off of our electrical connections here, reinstall our light under the wire, push it in, make sure it's a nice, secure connection. Then we'll push our light assembly back into our grommet here.

Very disappointed with etrailer! Whoever packed this either does not care or is clueless in shipping. They used to small of a box. The light fixture was to big for the box, it actually bowed the box outward. It was doomed before it left etrailer. Plus I was shorted on another product that I ordered. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

whatever I have ordered, with care and I have not ever received a damaged item.
