Hello, neighbors. Steve here with etrailer.com. Today, we're looking at our Dexter Fortress Bolt-On Aluminum Oil Cap for 9K to 12K Dexter Axles. Now, folks, this does replace the Bolt-On Oil Cap and the gasket and the plug for your Dexter Axles that are 9K to 12K. It's got a nice retainer ring that's gonna shield the clear viewing lens against damage, and that nice plug there in the center, but also, what I like, it's got a nice threaded plug here on the side, and that's for filling and emptying the oil as needed. Now, this whole thing is cast aluminum, and it can technically double as a grease cap as well if you need it to.
And it's gonna give you a nice tight seal with the included gasket and the six bolts that thread into the corresponding holes all the way around it. (metal thuds) Now again, folks, nice five-year warranty, 9K to 12K rated. I'll throw up an image of an expanded view of this, so you can see everything as well. Very nice product. If you wanna upgrade your older plastic caps to the new, improved aluminum caps, this is a great option for you.

I like the quality of the oil cap but dummy me I ordered the wrong set so I have to return them and get a bigger set . The shipping was fast and I like that so was the processing of my order keep up the good work.
Returning item, would not screw on my AL-KO 10k axle as advertised.
Caps are awesome. I had to buy a new axle. They had the new caps. My old axle had the old caps. I switched them. Looks like I have two new axles.
