good product, done what i needed it to do, which was for a transom saver to rest on to hold my motor.
I was pleased at opening the container at finding the construction weight for the given application - it is sturdy! I was surprised that fastening bolts were not included which requires another store stop before installation can be done. When finished it will take up the slack and do just what I needed.

I general. I was able to build what I needed with the help of the help and advice of the etrailer team.
I needed a roller assembly that a 2" wide belt on winch can ride in. This one has a thicker (3/16) bracket. Drilled 2 other holes so it can mount out on the end of my crane's 2" square tubing. I only gave it 4 stars because Smith left sharp edges/burrs all over the metal bracket.
This worked perfectly for my repair, how every I had a very hard time taking it apart the use the bolt hole on the bracket. It felt like the end caps where machined on, it would be helpful for this item to not be pre-assembly for installation purposes. Other wise a great product.
I bought this roller to mount on my Jeep cargo brace to help slide my Kayak on the rack. This will work perfectly, good quality and is just as advertised.
I ordered three of these rollers and they arrived quickly. They are definitely hight quality and made with heavy gauge steel. Although I'm not using them for their intended purpose (trailering), I am using them for easy-access/storage of large wood panels (table tops for when I use my shuffleboard table as a dining table). I recommend these and will return to etrailer.com for and future like needs.
Product is fine, but I did not realize until I opened the package that the roller was already attached to the bracket, so I had to remove one pal nut to enable me to affix the bracket to the trailer, my error... Next time I shall inquire more before buying. If components were loose it would have been snap to use in my trailer renovation.
They have almost everything you might need for trailers and products are always as advertised and with a speedy delivery! Will be used horizontally on my kayak trailer as a roller guide for lifting the kayak on and vertically on the tongue for keel support at the bow.
Both products came in today, fast delivery. I ordered a transom saver and a roller to attach to boat trailer. Not exactly sure if the roller will work but tired kneeling down to pin transom saver into place. I had to drill holes into the frame of trailer, hardest thing was finding bolts and nuts that would fit.
These made a good alternative to the yellow ones which were out of stock. I use these to roll my inflatable up the ramps into my utility trailer or back of my pickup.
the bow stops on my Two Place Zieman trailer were not very well made, and had deteriorated to being out of service.
I s=installed these on the trailer and was back in business. Worked great and the trailer went back into use. Without these, it would not have been possible. Good deal on a good product.
Great product, replaced the old rusted brackets, rails and plastic fenders with new galvanized brackets and fenders and beat up rails.
I had a hole drilled in the middle so I could mount it. This should solve the problem.
Roller is as expected. Looked for a better main shaft for this because I don't trust the tap on caps at each end. No luck there yet. I added this to the rear of my new tandem boat trailer to have a place to put my transom saver on. Steel boxed trailer lights next, a under the front spare tire holder, then I will search for a boarding step for the front of the trailer.
This roller was exactly what I needed for my boat trailer and the price was right. Very well pleased with everything about dealing with your company and would buy from you again if and when I had the need.
Been using two of these rollers on my Kat, one for each hull. When on the trailer you need a roller as the trailer rolls along over bumps the hull goes up and down. The roller action prevents the stop from being ripped off. I also put SS keel guards to protect the fiberglass.
Quality product. I set it up on the rear of my boat trailer to accept the roller end of my transom saver (and as a boat guide for loading/off loading of course). Strong, sturdy roller for the transom saver application (500lb motor). The 4” roller is a perfect width/diameter to guide the boat on/off and hold my Extreme Max transom saver under load. Painted the galvanized bracket to match my trailer...good buy.
Arrived quickly. Easy install and good Quality.

This product works very well, still in good shape and was easy to install.
Timely delivery and a great product!
I needed a roller on the back of my boat trailer so I could use a different style transom saver. No more bending down to remove a pin, my transom saver slides over the roller now. The roller assembly has done what I need it to do with no problems.
