Spacing and Dimensions of the CE Smith Spool Roller Assembly?

Question:
I would use this help me load a Kayak on to a trailer, The Kayak keel, when it is strapped in has a 2inch gap with the crossbar that carries the saddle mounts. Thanks

I have attached a picture that shows the dimensions of the CE Smith Spool Roller Assembly for Boat Trailers item # CE32100G. It measures 2-1/4-inches from the bottom of its mounting plate up to the center of the rubber roller. Overall width is 5-inches and overall height is 3-3/4-inches.
