Followed directions and completed job in a little over 4 hours. had trouble reinserting some pins in difficult locations.

Later in the month I installed the wiring tow package. Goofed up and crossed a wire and it took me two days to get back under the truck and rewire. all is working great according to directions...…….

I will use etrailer again, good service, great service representatives...……..jt

working great, no problems at all, however I may have to get my tow bar refurbished because of age.

Roadmaster was very helpful, in helping me select the right baseplates to match my existing equipment. Instalation went smoothly and the baseplates make it simple to hook up and go!

Works fine. As usual with Roadmaster, however, they continue to supply Grade 5 fasteners with split lock washers. These washers were abandoned by the auto and aircraft industries years ago after studies in the 70’s proved they don’t work. I changed everything to grade 8 fasteners with hardened flat washers.

The unit was as listed. The installation was easy and explained well. Took a total of 4 hours, but had to go to hardware store and get the 9/16 drill. Easier than the kit for the GMC Terrain.

Nice product well made, just missing one step on installation. There are 2 8mm (1per side) bolts that hold front inner fenderwell liners in. Besides that directions were good.

Everything fit exactly the way it is supposed to. I did discover that the back 2 belly pan bolts don't have to be fully removed to take off. I used a magnet to hold the spacer in place.
