When you’re hauling serious weight, sag and sway can make towing stressful. This Timbren Trailer Suspension Enhancement System uses two hollow rubber springs rated for 16,000 lbs that mount above the axle to stabilize and level the trailer. The springs get more rigid as the load increases, giving extra support only when you need it. The result is a trailer that stays level and tracks straight, even when loaded down.

Rough pavement or uneven roads can shake a trailer hard enough to rattle everything inside. These hollow rubber springs act like shock absorbers, cushioning bumps and potholes to reduce bounce and body roll when swerving or cornering. Each spring works independently side to side, so the trailer handles off-center loads and turns with less lean and better control.

Heavy loads can cause the trailer to squat, putting extra tension on hitch hardware. The progressive resistance of the Timbren springs helps raise the trailer ride height under load, taking pressure off the hitch and helping the suspension ride easier. It also helps keep the trailer closer to level, improving overall towing stability.

This system installs directly onto the trailer frame with included brackets and mounting hardware. Each spring measures 7-3/8" tall x 5-7/16" diameter unloaded and 2-15/16" tall x 8-7/8" diameter when fully loaded. The hardware and brackets are designed for a secure mount, with welding and drilling required for installation. Once in place, the setup works seamlessly with your existing suspension to extend its life and keep performance consistent over time.
