For your 2006 Ford F-150 we have suspension enhancement that would fit and work well. But since you have a fifth wheel hitch rail kit installed in the bed of your truck you'll have to go with a Timbren setup like the part # TFR1502D for if you have a 2 wheel drive or part # TFR150D.
