For your 2006 Lincoln Mark LT the Timbren kit part # TFR150D is a confirmed fit that will work well to provide additional suspension support. The advantage this kit has over air bags is that once you install it you basically don't have to worry or think about it again. Unlike air bags which require you to keep track of air pressure depending on how much suspension support is needed.
The advantage to air bags though is that you do get to fine-tune the amount of support needed whereas Timbrens provide a progressive amount of support that works well for most situations.
If you wanted to go with an air bag kit the part # F2350 is a confirmed fit for your vehicle as well. I attached an install video for this kit as well.
