Well, as they say at Timbren, you can never have enough S-E-S!
For the rear of your 2005 Ford F-150 you would use one set of # TFR150D. I have linked a video showing installation of this kit for you.
Set # TFR1504D will not fit the 2005 Ford F-150. It is designed for 2009 to 2015 Ford F-150 trucks with stock height excluding SVT Raptor models.
