Features to know about

Stay Level and Confident Under Heavy Front Loads: 6,000-lb Capacity Support

When heavy gear up front causes sag or uneven handling, these hollow rubber springs add up to 6,000 lbs of extra support to keep your ride level and controlled. The system works with your factory suspension to stabilize steering and braking, keeping your headlights properly aimed and reducing tire wear when weight shifts forward. Each spring stiffens progressively as load increases, giving you the support you need only when you actually need it.

Smooth Out Rough Roads: Rubber Springs That Absorb Shock

Every bump doesn’t have to jolt the cab. The rubber construction cushions road shock and helps prevent bottoming out when things get rough. That means less bounce, smoother ride quality, and less wear on your suspension components. By taking the brunt of bumps and rough terrain, the springs make loaded driving a lot more stable and comfortable.

Stay Steady in Crosswinds and Turns: Independent Spring Action

Each side of the system works on its own to help level off-center loads and reduce body roll through corners or when swerving. The independent action keeps the vehicle balanced even when equipment weight isn’t evenly distributed. The result is steadier handling, better control, and a planted feel on turns or uneven surfaces.

Simple Setup That Replaces Factory Bump Stops

Installation is straightforward because each spring bolts onto a vehicle-specific bracket above the axle—no drilling required. The design replaces your existing axle bump stops with rubber springs that stay in constant contact with the axle, always ready to cushion movement or add support as needed. You get all brackets, hardware, and two Aeon hollow rubber springs for a clean bolt-on setup that’s easy to complete with basic tools.

2022 Ford E-Series Cutaway
Super simple installation that took about 20 minutes. These made a HUGE improvement on steering control and bounce. Driving on the freeway is a breeze. I highly recommend this product.

I just installed these Timbren's on the front of my Ford E-450 motorhome. I have always installed Timbren's on my pickup trucks and have always been extremely happy with them, so now that I have bought a motorhome, it was among the first things I have done to it. With a 6,000 lb weight rating, and being in constant contact, I am completely confident that there will never be any sagging. Ever! Installation was a little tough since there was very little clearance or room for the socket and ratchet, but it most certainly can be done.

The Timbrens SES (front and back) works very well on my 2913 Ford E350 heavy duty ambulance. No more leaning when turn the corners and it’s not too bouncy. I had a local shop install them cuz I don’t have a big/high jack to raise the vehicle. Highly recommend the Timbrens .

  • Front Suspension Enhancement for 2024 Ford E-350 With KUV Service Body
Hello again Rich; the higher rated # SSF-106-47 would be the better choice. However, since you really have this thing loaded and it is a work truck I recommend going with the Timbren SES # TFEF350UH. These have a capacity of 6,000 lbs so they can handle a lot more compared to the SumoSprings. Neither of will actually lift the front but if you have some sag they'll get you back to factory ride height.

  • Front And Rear Suspension Enhancement For 1997 E-450 Lazy Daze Class C Motorhome
For your 1997 Ford E-450 Motorhome you could use SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs Front Axle # SSF-106-47 as they are confirmed to fit. However, this setup has a 1,000lb weight capacity and is meant for light duty applications. For your motorhome I think the Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System # TFEF350UH will be a much better option. This is a heavy duty setup that is rated at 6,000lbs. For the rear suspension you could go with Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System...

  • Recommended Timbren Suspension Enhancement For A 2011 Ford E-350 Cube Van
For a 2011 Ford E-350 Cube Van you would need the Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System # TFEF350UH (approximately 4-7/8" tall) and the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TFER35092LB (approximately 6-1/8" tall).

  • Recommended Front Suspension Enhancement for a 2018 Thor Quantum Motorhome RC25
The Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System part # TFEF350 is rated at 3,000 lbs and the Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System part # TFEF350UH is rated at 6,000 lbs. I was able to call the manufacturer to confirm this. They will both fit your 2018 Thor Quantum Motorhome RC25 on a Ford E-450 chassis but I recommend using the Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System part # TFEF350UH as it will be better suited for your motorhome. This system is also very easy to install as...

  • Correct Timbren Suspension Enhancement for the Front & Rear for a 2008 Jayco Melbourne 29D
For your 2008 Jayco Melbourne 29D motorhome, you'll want the Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System # TFEF350UH for the front and # TFERSD for the rear. If you decide to go with the AirLift 5000 Ultimate Air Springs, then you're going to want the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers # AL88242 with the air compressor kit # AL25592. If it were up to me I'd probably go with the Timbrens for just based on the fact that there is no hassle with...

  • Will Installation of Suspension Enhancement Raise 2021 Jayco Greyhawk Prestige 29MVP
Suspension enhancement like the Firestone # F22ZR is designed to keep you at stock ride height. The only raise you might experience is if your suspension is a little worn out so it would help bring it back up to stock height. Air bags will definitely help control and reduce the side to side movement you're experiencing. They also absorb road shock and keep you level. The Firestone air bags install on the rear and could be used with the # AL74000EZ you were looking at. For the front, the...

  • Which Timbren is Best Choice for 2019 Ford E-Series Cutaway
Unfortunately the most comfortable ride can be subjective. My suggestion is that if at present time you have hard contact with factory axle bump stops on frame and a very rough or unstable ride in turns, I would definitely select the Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System, # TFEF350UH. If the current ride does not typically "bottom out" except for very rougher patches of road, then I would select the Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System, # TFEF350.

  • Installation Process for Timbren Springs on 2021 Thor Chateau 27R
I'll start off by saying that currently there are no SumoSprings that have been confirmed to fit on the 2021 Thor Chateau 27R, so that's why there are not any showing up in our fit guide for your coach. However, the Timbren # TFEF350UH and # TFERSDLB are a good choice that will provide the same functionality and perform comparably. The Timbrens are also a progressively strengthening spring like the Sumo Springs in that they get stiffer as loads are applied to them; they also provide the...

For your 2017 Thor Axis 25.3 Rv Ford E-350 chassis I recommend the Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar Item # RM-1139-176 This will vastly minimize sway and driver fatigue by improving the stability and driveability of your Ford E-Series chassis. The bar on this sturdy, effective anti-sway system mounts to the front axle and to the frame to balance weight transfer and reduce body roll. For the front I recommend the Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System Item # TFEF350UH as these front...

  • Recommended Suspension Support for a 1994 Ford E350 B190 Airstream 4WD
Hey Alberto! That is a cool setup! I checked with Timbren and for your 1994 Ford E350 B190 Airstream, I recommend the Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System item # TFEF350UH and the Rear Suspension Enhancement System item # TFER35092LB. The Front item # TFEF350UH is going to really help with any top heavy swaying feeling or any weight that's pushing your nose down. It measures 4-7/8" tall so you'll want to take a measurement from the bottom of your bumpstop perk to the contact point...
