Question:

Hello… I saw that you offer Timbren’s rear-axle SES kits replace your OEM bump stops and provide additional support to your vehicle’s suspension. I have an RV, a 1994 Ford E350 B190 Airstream 4x4 conversion lifted 6 inches, and the axle 1 weighs 4000 lbs and axle 2 weighs 6720 lbs. What do you recommend I install without using air suspension systems? Thanks

Hey Alberto! That is a cool setup! I checked with Timbren and for your 1994 Ford E350 B190 Airstream, I recommend the Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System item # TFEF350UH and the Rear Suspension Enhancement System item # TFER35092LB.

The Front item # TFEF350UH is going to really help with any top heavy swaying feeling or any weight that's pushing your nose down. It measures 4-7/8" tall so you'll want to take a measurement from the bottom of your bumpstop perk to the contact point on your front axle. The front kits should be in full contact.

The Rear item # TFER35092LB is going to also help with swaying and address any sagging you're experiencing in the rear end. It measures 6-1/8" tall and you'll need 1/2” to 1-1/2” gap between the rubber spring and the contact point on your axle.

Do you tow a trailer or have a front hitch? What has you looking at adding suspension support to your RV?

You can add this information, along with any other questions you have, where it says Add Comment.
