Question:
Have a late 99 F250 long bed diesel, 6spd, 4WD, SRW super cab with a single factory overload and air lift bags sitting inboard of spring packs. Hauls an Arctic Fox 860 that can make the truck sway. Can super springs be used in conjunction with air bags? Buying another truck is not likely.

Helpful Expert Reply:
You certainly can use a SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway Control Kit on your 1999 Ford F-250 4WD with an air bag system installed.
Out selection includes part # SSA16 with a 1,650 lb capacity, part # SSA22 with a 2,200 lb capacity, and part # SSA13 with a 3,000 lb capacity. These are more for highway use but if you were to use one of the two higher capacity system you would also need to install the Off-Road Poly Pad # P1KT. These will not fit vehicles with factory top overload springs.
The great thing about this suspension system is that you can install them with an air bag kit because they sit over the leaf spring stack. They will help with the sway that you are experiencing with the Arctic Fox 860 in the bed of your truck.
Please note that any suspension enhancement system (SES) will not increase the weight capacity of your pickup. They are only meant to be help support a suspension system that is in good, working order.
I have linked some installation videos for you to check out so you can get an idea of how these install and operate.

I have a 2017 Chevy 350 Express Extended Van. 6 liter engine. I put a 30" fiberglass high top, a/c on top, 630 watts solar on steel crossbar roof racks, and a fan with cover. When I turn there is sway, top heavy, side to side. No problem on highways, never noticed wind problems, just when going slow turning corners. I insulated it and put in two 2x4 fold up murphy beds on side. My batteries are lithium so no weight there. Only a Dometic 65 Qt. refrig. I have a Harmar lift on back to hold an aluminium box on back. I will take 2 2,000 watt generators on back. I intended to Boondock taking as much water that's safe, food, tools, tow straps, air compressor, etc. 2 spare tires. I've been reading about your air bags, spring lifts, etc. tons of great stuff. Any idea what would help with this sway. Everything is stock. Louise 678-215-1852 Thanks. Right now I'm not towing anything. My height is 11 3"
