Yes, it will Art! Actually, the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate Air Helper Springs item # AL86KV will only work with the dually models of the 2022 Ford F-350. These were specifically designed for just that application according to Air Lift.
I recommend adding the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System item # AL74000EZ to your truck. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone.
