Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Kit For 2020 Ford F-350

Updated 10/29/2025 | Published 03/09/2025

Question:

Hello, I am looking at buying air bags for my 2020 F350 and was leaning towards the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL kit since my rear axle is rated for 7230 lbs. I had the 5000 Ultimate kit on my previous F150 and loved them. Would you agree that the 7500 would be the proper choice for my truck? Another question I had was that I see two kits on your site for my truck but I cant seem to find a single difference between the two. They are AL55FJ and AL86KV. Could you help me determine which is the correct kit for my truck or what the difference is? Thank you!

Hello Luke, thanks for reaching out. Since you have an F-350 I do like the Load Lifter 7500 kit. The springs are going to be more robust and you will not need to add as much PSI to get the same level of support.

Both the # AL55FJ and # AL86KV kits you mentioned are for the 2020 Ford F-350. The difference is the # AL55FJ is for single rear wheel models, while the # AL86KV is for models with dual rear wheels only.

I also recommend adding an onboard compressor like the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL58WQ. This will allow you to monitor and fill the bags on the go using your smartphone.

Is your truck a dually? What kind of trailer will you be hauling?

Hey Luke, how did things go with the LoadLifter 7500 XL kit for your F-350? Did you end up pairing it with the WirelessAIR compressor system for easier adjustments? Your feedback could really help others choosing between the single and dual rear wheel setups.

@JesseM Hey Jesse, I actually didn’t end up going with the airlift system, I went with a different option, the LogiQ bags from Ready Lift, along with their compressor set up. So far I have been very happy with it.
