Hello Kirt, thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, the air bag kit from a 2020 F350 will not carry over to a 2023 model. There were a few design changes after 2022, so the 2023 model will require a whole new kit.

For the 2023 F350 I recommend the AirLift # AL89DQ which are the heavy-duty 7,500 lb capacity air bags. Keep in mind this kit will only fit models with single rear wheels. If you have a dually you will need the # AL83DQ kit instead.

If you wish to add an onboard compressor for the air bags, the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System # AL25980EZ is what I recommend. This allows you to monitor and fill the bags via smartphone. This is definitely a worthwhile investment if you plan to be towing frequently.
