The top channels have split rubber strips that fill in around your mounts to lessen wind noise and vibration. It’s a smarter design that makes highway trips quieter and more relaxed.
Whether it’s kayaks in the summer or a cargo box for a road trip, these bars are ready to carry it all. The top channels let you slide in accessories without trimming any strips, and you can also use clamp-on mounts for gear you already own. This flexibility means you can switch between watercraft, snow gear, or luggage setups without changing racks.
Some racks make you trim those rubber channel strips before adding gear. With this design, the split strips move aside as you slide in your accessory and then close back up around the mount. That keeps the rack sealed, reduces drag, and saves time during installation. It’s simple, clean, and easy to use right out of the box.

These themselves seem great and solid - I just don't love the way they look hovering above the fit-kit.
Is perfect fit but would have liked it better if I could have just ordered and paid for the one item I needed instead of whole set of 4 feet for the repair when I only needed one.
Easy to install. Holding strong after a year of consistent in all seasons.
Been a month haven’t received them yet they are in stock but guess we are waiting for one item which it’s in stock date gets pushed back every day. And the company doesn’t let the customer know the date changes or when they will send it.

One year in, this fit kit and the whole system have worked very well on my Kia EV6.
I miss the simplicity, in terms of cost as well as installation and removal, of the old Thule rectangular-bar racks, but this system looks better, is quiet, won't sag, and seems more robust.
Initially I was worried that I good not get a good Roof Rack configuration to match my 2022 Kia Telluride. When I asked etrailer for some assistance on the configuration, Jon was quick to reply with an excellent solution. He definitely knew the products. Unfortunately, my initial shipment was damaged but Gwen and team quickly got me replacements in the mail. I have received and installed all components and couldn't be more satisfied.
