I want to install a Roofnest Sparrow into my Honda CRV 2016. I do not have anything mounted on the roof of my car now, what do you recommend? And, do you think the Roofnest will interfere with the antenae?

To install a rooftop tent like the Roofnest Sparrow you mentioned on your 2016 Honda CR-V you'd need to install a roof rack. Which for that I'd recommend the Thule Wingbar Evo roof rack part # TH711420, # TH710501, and # TH145108 which is an aerodynamic roof rack that is easy to install, higher quality, and has a higher weight capacity at 165 lbs dynamic (moving on the highway) weight capacity.
This rack would be tall enough that your tent would not interfere with your antenna.
