I have thule Podium 460 foot pads, Do you have a kit that will fit a Honda CR-V 2013 bare roof?

It sounds like you're trying to adapt an old Thule roof rack system to a 2013 Honda CR-V using your old Thule Podium # TH460R, however those feet are only designed to be used on raised side rails so you would need a new set of towers.
The correct towers to be used on a naked roof of a 2013 Honda CR-V are the Evo feet # TH71050 and fit kit # TH45108. These towers can be used with Thule WingBar Evo, SquareBar Evo, and ProBar crossbars, so you might be able to re-use your old crossbars, just not your towers and fit kit.
If you need new rails to fit on these towers, you can use the Thule WingBar Evo # TH711400.
