Question:

I have 2016 Honda CRV with NO roof racks. What type of kayak carrier could I use? Preferably something that is easy to use, easy to get kayak onto, and secure while driving.

The best kayak carrier for what you mentioned wanting is the Thule Hullavator part # TH898. This is an assisted-lift kayak carrier that allows you to load the kayaks at about waist height and then use the gas-assisted struts to easily push the kayak up onto the roof of the vehicle and secure it.
