The flush design keeps the crossbars tight to the roofline, giving your setup a sleek, from-the-factory appearance. Nothing sticks out beyond the feet, so it all looks clean and integrated. The Thule WingBar Edge blends in instead of standing out—perfect if you prefer a finished, built-in look rather than something bolted on top.
When you’re driving at highway speeds, wind noise can be a real annoyance. The aero-style crossbars on this rack help minimize that. The split rubber strips in the top channels reduce wind noise and vibration while sealing around your mounted gear. You get a quieter ride without having to deal with trimming or fiddling with the strips—they just work.
This rack setup covers just about any adventure you’ve got planned. It’s compatible with channel-mount and clamp-on accessories, so you can use your favorite carriers for bikes, skis, kayaks, or cargo boxes without switching systems. It’s a simple way to keep your outdoor gear organized and ready to roll year-round.
Everything you need for the install comes in the box—two WingBar Edge crossbars, four Edge Flush Rail feet, and a custom fit kit. It’s designed for a clean fit to vehicles with flush rails, giving you a secure base you can trust for hauling up to 165 lbs (always stay within your vehicle's roof load limit). Once mounted, it’s solid and ready for whatever gear you’re bringing along.
You can upgrade the rack with Thule One-Key System locks (sold separately) to lock both your rack and channel-mounted accessories using a single key. It’s an easy add-on that helps deter theft when your gear is parked outside overnight or at the trailhead.

Exactly what I needed!
We love the product, but the Thule pictures only instructions can be a bit confusing
Product arrive quickly. Had no issues with using this kit with the Thule Evo Flush.
Perfect! Thanks once again e trailer.
For XXX bucks I thought it would include the keys. Not plastic plugs. Instructions say it should have key. They even talk about how to store the key. My advice to anyone is buy it directly from dealer.
We bought a new vehicle that we already had several Thule accessories for. Purchased the fit kit for our Tahoe along with the Flush Rail feet and they fit perfectly.
One year in, this fit kit and the whole system have worked very well on my Kia EV6.
I miss the simplicity, in terms of cost as well as installation and removal, of the old Thule rectangular-bar racks, but this system looks better, is quiet, won't sag, and seems more robust.
Initially I was worried that I good not get a good Roof Rack configuration to match my 2022 Kia Telluride. When I asked etrailer for some assistance on the configuration, Jon was quick to reply with an excellent solution. He definitely knew the products. Unfortunately, my initial shipment was damaged but Gwen and team quickly got me replacements in the mail. I have received and installed all components and couldn't be more satisfied.
This "fit kit" from THULE does not impress me much. It does not sit flush with the roof rails of my 2021 Toyota highlander, doesn't really line up with the openings on the flush mount rails, and only attaches to the vehicle via one bolt at each of the 4 mounting locations. In that sense it's inferior to even the OEM toyota roof rack mount.
