No, but most of the stuff you already have will transfer over. The only thing you're going to need is a new fit kit # TH36RV.

The Edge Clamp Feet # TH79SC you already have will work with both fit kits so as long as your new car has a naked roof as well that's all you're going to need.

If your new Escape has flush rails, then you're going to need different feet # TH89SC and a new fit kit # TH96RV.

It should also be noted that this is going to work the WingBar Edge crossbars, if you have a different crossbar let me know what you have and I'll pick the parts out for you.
