I have a great roof rack solution for you. Unfortunately, I confirmed with Rhino-Rack that the Rhino-Rack SRB Legs for Vortex Aero Crossbars - Flush Factory Side Rails # RRSX026 do not fit your 2021 Ford Escape with flush rails.
