The flush design keeps the crossbars tight to the roofline for a clean, factory-style appearance. The bars don’t extend past the feet, giving everything a compact, finished look that blends in rather than standing out. It’s a setup that looks like it was meant to be there from day one.
Wind noise can make long drives tiring. These aero-style crossbars are built to handle that, cutting through the air more smoothly to reduce vibration and sound. The split rubber strips in the top channels fill in around your accessories to keep airflow quiet and steady. You’ll notice a calmer ride without that constant whistling overhead.
Whether you’re loading up kayaks, skis, bikes, or a cargo box, these bars are ready for it. They work with both channel-mount and clamp-on attachments, so you can use the gear you already have or expand your setup down the road. From weekend paddles to long road trips, this rack keeps your options open.
With some racks, fitting channel-mount accessories means trimming rubber strips to get things in place. Not here. The split design lets you slide gear right into the channels without cutting anything—then the strips close back up around the mount for a neater fit and less wind interference. It’s a small detail that makes setup quicker and cleaner every time.
You can upgrade your rack with Thule’s One-Key System (sold separately) to lock both the rack and any channel-mounted gear. It’s an easy way to guard your setup when you’re parked at a trailhead or campsite overnight. Your gear stays where you left it, ready for the next adventure.

It took me a VERY long time to figure out what I needed to mount my Hullivator on my 22 Subaru Outback Limited. I bought the wrong parts on round 1, and finally after 2 yrs of frustration, asked AI what I needed. I don't entirely trust AI, but it got me on the right track. I asked the 'chat' person on etrailer about the AI suggestion, and the gal who helped me, Autumn, said the feet part was correct, but to use this fit kit. I ordered it immediately. Today was the day. Of note, this fit kit has specific parts for the front and rear passenger side and front and rear driver side. Pay attention to the photo directions!! The parts are different for each side. On my Outback, they mount at 69cm apart. The cladding and design of the Outback roof system leaves much to be desired, but this worked and I'm looking forward to FINALLY using my Hullivator.
For XXX bucks I thought it would include the keys. Not plastic plugs. Instructions say it should have key. They even talk about how to store the key. My advice to anyone is buy it directly from dealer.
We bought a new vehicle that we already had several Thule accessories for. Purchased the fit kit for our Tahoe along with the Flush Rail feet and they fit perfectly.
Initially I was worried that I good not get a good Roof Rack configuration to match my 2022 Kia Telluride. When I asked etrailer for some assistance on the configuration, Jon was quick to reply with an excellent solution. He definitely knew the products. Unfortunately, my initial shipment was damaged but Gwen and team quickly got me replacements in the mail. I have received and installed all components and couldn't be more satisfied.
Great experience, fast shipping, great selection. Would buy here again.
