Great product and excellent service. I had originally ordered the Thule rack for my truck. I had it down between the Thule and the Rhino. Long story short could not get the Thule. etrailer worked with me no problems and I said I would take the Rhino. Delivery was quicker then they had said and package came perfectly packaged. Installed the racks on my Ram crew cab and carried 3 kayaks 300 miles. The rack did great and fits well. Don't spend more than you have to.
Looks good. Fits good. Loads easy enough. I like the rear load rollers. My truck is tall and I am small. I pull the kayaks up into Thor bed and push them up the rest roller without too much difficulty. I have not traveled with them yet.
This rack is a great product and has worked great for the kayaks I hauled across the country over the last year. Only things I can complain about is the extra wind noise with them on, and the lack of strap anchors. Otherwise, has worked great for me.
Received my rack for my 2008 Mazda 6 within a week of ordering and couldn't be happier with this product. Although it took a minute to do the conversion for the measuring strips we were able to install the product under an hour. Amazing quality ad can't wait to try it out. Thank you
Rhino Vortex Aero Crossbars are truly excellent. I have a set on my 2013 Charger and a set on our 2017 Ram 1500. They're strong, solid, and have essentially no wind noise. I really don't notice the difference with them on or off as far as noise is concerned. As a canoe and kayak racer, these crossbars are on my vehicle almost constantly, and they've carried my boats all over the country. No complaints at all!
Great product sturdy bars. Keep in mind anything you install on the bars needs to have longer bolts because of how big the bars are but that's a minor detail
Very easy set up and installation on my 2017 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn. Love that the rack just snugs on and there is no drilling, etc…

Ordered a Rhino Rack for my 2014 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali. Rack arrived in very good shape and all items were there. Installing at this time and see no problems ahead.
Fast delivery everything was as is should be . Fit and quality was top notch would recommend . I used on a ram pickup for are kayaks when we tow trailer.
The Rhino Rack system I purchased did an excellent job mounting up to my Ram 1500. Directions were off it seemed in dimensions for foot placement, but after manually adjusting, they work great and looks great with my roof rack!
If the part/model is even in the installation manual, then it would be much easier. Besides, technical writing needs to be improved.
Other than that, I think it should be fine.

Ok… giving this item four stars as an overall view. The good: it fits a Jeep Wrangler perfectly. With the appropriate legs, it canvases across the entire roof of the Jeep with the legs attaching to the gutters. The bad: just a bit too noisy for my liking, even with the appropriate wind faring (I don’t expect absolute silence since I have a one touch sky top). The noise is not a big deal on short trips, but it was definitely driving my wife and kids nuts on a 2+ hour drive (stick some headphones on the kids, problem fixed)
In the future, I might switch it up from these square rails and go with something a bit more aerodynamic…

Product works as advertised on my 2016 Ram 1500. I used my old cross member and installed it on top of the cab to hold the front end of my tandem kayak. Awesome product.
I wouldn’t say the install was easy, but it definitely wasn’t hard. Read the directions thoroughly, especially when you’re using the provided measuring pieces for underneath the racks. Also, take extreme care when tightening them to the vehicle. You’ll want to tighten each side evenly and it takes a bit of finesse to do so. A second set of eyes that can identify within 1/8-1/4 inch difference would be helpful for the party tightening. Other than that, product is well built and in NO WAY does it look cheap. etrailer, your tracking system is spot on. Kudos to your supply chain department. Cheers!

I received the roof rack kit sooner then expected. Everything arrived in good condition. The installation instructions where ok and the install went well. This is my 3rd order from etrailer and it will not be the last there customer service is the best I have dealt with in a long time. I have also installed the front receiver hitch the install went well and I am happy with the product
carry my old town pdl 120 kayak on my 2014 Ram 3500 Crew cab dually. Heavy kayak. I'm a full time rider and sometimes travel hundreds of miles before stopping. Never had an issue. Front rack had a lot of wind noise but I wrapped paracord around it...problem solved. Worth the money!

These racks where purchased to carry two 9.5 ft kayaks on a Ram truck while towing a Fifth wheel. One year and 15,000 miles since purchasing these racks, with multiple removal /reinstallation's, in addition hauling ladders, paddle boards etc they are still like new.
I bought these to be able to haul 4 kayaks on the roof of my 2017 Ram Mega cab while pulling our fifth wheel. We have use the Rhino Rack several times including a trip from Kentucky to Montana and back with no issues. I highly recommend the Rhino Rack for extra cargo capacity on top of your pickup. The instructions were good and installation was pretty straight forward. I plan to take the system off in the winter which will be easy to do.
Installed this and 65" Vortex Areo crossbars on a 2015 RAM 5500 chassis cab/crew cab. It is listed to fit 1500 to 3500 RAM's and neither Rhino-Rack or etrailer would confirm it would fit the 5500. My research suggested there was not much, if any difference, between the 3500 and 5500 crew cab, so ordered it any way. Installation was relatively easy, fit seemed to be good and have made multiple 200-300 mile trips with a 75lb kayak. Good price, great customer service and fast delivery through etrailer.
This rack works perfectly on my Nissan Versa for carrying my two Perception Sound 9'6" kayaks. The Rhino-Racks look good to me. The kayaks can rest directly on the rubber pads on the rails, unlike the Yakama racks I had in the past that had bare pipe rails. Also, I expect I can buy parts to adapt this product to a different car without having to buy new towers. I am sorry there are not hooks or loops to attach bungees when carrying lumber. They are noisy in the wind, but less so when carrying the kayaks.
