A naked roof means that there is nothing else on the roof, from roof lights to side rails that are mounted on top of the roof that run front to back, though that is not an option on your 2016 Ram 2500 so you have a number of roof rack options.

The Rhino Rack 2500, which consists of crossbars # RRVA150B-2, legs # RRRLKVA, and fit kit # DK043 is a fit for your '16 Ram 2500 so long as it has a Mega Cab or Crew Cab. This rack uses aero crossbars to give you a quiet ride and have C-channels built in which allow you to carry channel-mounted accessories.
