  I went out to our etrailer.com warehouse and successfully fit the INNO square crossbars # IN434 into the Thule Traverse Roof-Rack Foot Pack. The reason they fit is because Inno and Thule square crossbars are the same dimensions, 7/8 inch by 1-1/4 inch. Just a reminder that these two different companies do not cross fit their products with each other and as a result there is no warranty coverage on this set up.

  Since you said 71 inch crossbars wouldn't extend past the side mirrors on your 2022 Lexus GX460 it would work and be safe. You'd want to watch your head getting and and out of the vehicle and also around tight corners in like drive through lines. It would not be super difficult to change bars but it's not something that happens super fast if that makes sense.
