Question:

I have Lexus GX460 2022, understand that Inno INXP calls for minimum 47” crossbar. Although I would like to mount a cargo carrier and a ski carrier. I calculated I would need a 71” bar. Any issues or concerns with it being too long. I measured and will be about 14 inch overhang from factory side rails. It does not extend beyond the side view mirrors. This will be temporary for an 8 hour trip to Canada. Second how easy to remove or swap out the longer bar for a shorter bar?

Since you said 71 inch crossbars wouldn't extend past the side mirrors on your 2022 Lexus GX460 it would work and be safe. You'd want to watch your head getting and and out of the vehicle and also around tight corners in like drive through lines. So for the crossbars you'd want the part # IN434 that you referenced plus the feet part # INXP and the fit kit part # INTR152.

It would not be super difficult to change bars but it's not something that happens super fast if that makes sense.
