Yes, the Inno Square Crossbars part # IN434 can be cut down to fit your exact specifications. If you will be installing these on your 2013 Dodge Durango then you will also need to use the Inno Feet part # INSUT and Custom Fit Kit part # INK611. Please keep in mind that most states require that the crossbars do not extend out past the side mirrors on the vehicle.
