Yes, since the dimensions of the Inno Square Crossbars - Steel - Black - 71" Long - Qty 2 # IN434 are the same as the Thule SquareBar Evo # TH712500 (1-1/4 inches wide x 7/8 inches tall), the Inno Square Bars will fit the Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401.

I went out into our showroom and measured the dimensions of a set of discontinued Thule square load bars and found that they are 7/8 of an inch by 1-1/4 inches. This is identical to the Inno square bars like #INB137.
