Secure dirt bikes, lumber, and other gear in your truck bed or trailer with these tie-down straps with large ratchet handles. Vinyl-coated S-hooks have clasps that prevent accidental detachment from anchor points. 2,100 lbs Maximum load.

Specs:
Note: Tie-down straps and their accessories must be chosen according to their safe working load limit (WLL). The weight of the secured cargo must not exceed the combined WLL of the straps being used. For example, if you are using straps with a WLL of 500 lbs each to tie down a load weighing 1,000 lbs, then you need at least 2 straps to safely secure that load. It is recommended that you always use straps in pairs.

What's up everybody It's AJ with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna be checking out these ratchet straps. So it's gonna be a kit of four ratchet straps. They come with a bag and they're gonna have S hooks on the end. Let's check them out. Ratchet straps are gonna be a great way to tie down cargo to your trailer or you have an enclosed trailer or an open trailer like this.
You see, as long as you have attachment points you can run these straps on whatever cargo you wanna haul. We have a cart here today for demonstration purposes. You see, even with the wheels, I'm shaking the whole trailer back and forth. This cart's not moving at all. And then we have our cage here strapped down and it's also just as tight.
So having four ratchet straps is really handy to tie down pretty much anything you need. Each one of the straps is gonna be 2 inches wide and then 10 feet long. So just keep that in mind with what you're wanting to strap down on your trailer. It's gonna have a safe working low limit of 700 pounds and these straps are gonna have a breaking point of 2000 pounds. So just keep that in mind as well with the heavier objects you're strapping down.
Looking at the strap, we have the vinyl coated S hook here. It even has a keeper. So as you're tightening this down, when it goes loose this is gonna help keep it on the tie down point at all times. So when you tighten it up, it stays in place. Now this is the point that's gonna get the most stress on it.
So you have the double stitching here around the loops. You know that it's not gonna break. Looking at the ratchet mechanism, it has a zinc coating so if you leave it out in the elements, it's not gonna rust or corrode on you. Now these points here are also coated, so I like that part. So when you go to grab them you're not just grabbing straight up metal. Also, I like that I can put my whole hand in here. It's gonna make it easier to get more tension on wherever you wanna strap down or also to break the tension of the strap to loosen it up. I never feel like my hand's in any danger 'cause there's plenty of room for it. Now when you get this, you're gonna have the strap and that ratcheting mechanism. So you'll feed the strap through the center. You've already tied our other point here down to the trailer, pull the slack through, then pull up and start ratcheting. So it's gonna start tightening it down on our cart. Seems good there and we can see it's not moving. Now there's other options with these ratchet strap kits. So as the E-track kits too, you can either get straps that have the E-track fitting on them or adapters like this one that's gonna have the D-ring at this end. So if you have a trailer that does have E-track like we have and there's not a great tie-down point right here, we can just drop this into place. And now we have an attachment point for our coated S hook. Now we're gonna take a look at the bag that comes with it. It's gonna be a waterproof fabric. It's gonna hold 10 liters worth so you can even fit other straps on the inside with the four you have today. I like the handles too. They have the rubberized portion here so you got grips to carry this around. I like the main fact that you can put all your straps in here and have them all together 'cause if you keep them all out, they're gonna sprawl out and take up more space than they need to. Overall I do like this kit. It gives you the bag and the ratchet straps you need to strap things down to your trailer and keep everything nice and neat and organized here in the bag when not in use so you can always find one when you need one. Well, I think that does. Thanks for hanging out. Hope this helped.

They work ok, one of the straps broke at the weldcrease and was not on a heavy load. a little dissappointing in the strength.
