2014 F 350 4x4 single rear wheel. Would it help to stabilize the truck to have a heavier set of sway both front and back. I pull a 5th wheel trailer.

Going with a heavier sway bar on the front and rear of your 2014 Ford F-350 will help improve handling and stability when towing your fifth wheel trailer.
For the rear you would want the part # RM-1139-173-00, for the front you would want the part # RM-1139-180.
