  A lot of times what will happen on a tow mirror such as # CM45000 is that the hardware can start to back out from road vibration which causes the user to tighten the hardware to the point of over-tightening and then the hardware is always loose. To prevent that this mirror has lock washers but you can also use some blue Loctite # LT37643 to further prevent the hardware from loosening. As far as customer reviews one customer said they vibrate a lot and another said they don't vibrate much....
