Started leaking within a week of installation. Not at the rear, where the hose clamp seals the down tube to the inlet, but within the valve. Replace with billet aluminum inlets and steel/brass valves -- no more plastic drain valves for this camper.
After a year, still works. Plastic is a bit fragile such that care must be taken when opening and closing not to bend the opening tab.
Direct replacement of original water tank drain on my 2010 Jayco Eagle 322FKS. I just broke off the small barb section since I needed only the larger part. Happy as a clam in mud!

Plastic is a bit flimsier than the other Valterra stuff I bought, but OK. Didn't come with new screws like the other stuff did. Bummer.
The part fit our 2005 Coachman Chaparrel Pull Type Camper perfectly. We had looked at several camper parts store and couldn't find one that fit, but etrailer.com came through for us! Great price, quick service and arrived at the post office safe and sound.

Product as expected. Extremely quick se rvice.
Item was smaller than original. Original was tightly fit into the hose. This one required to the hose clamp to be overly tightened just to get it to seal. Item does appear to be not as well made as original.
A great drain for my rig, I even open it to wash my hands outside or get water for the dog bowl while out camping.
