Need a way for your family to stay warm and cozy on those chilly mornings in your RV? This electric fireplace features the realistic flames and comforting heat of a real fire, creating a homey atmosphere inside your RV. This is especially great for when you don't want to run your furnace and waste your precious propane supply or house battery. And the crystal bed gives your RV a modern look and feel.

Adjustable Temperature, Brightness, Color, and Timer

The integrated thermostat has low, high, and auto temperature settings. The low setting is great for those crisp fall days, while the high setting is ideal for winter nights that get below freezing. If you want more control over the heat output, use the auto setting to adjust the temperature in 5-degree increments from 65 degrees to 95 degrees F (18 degrees to 35 degrees C). The timer gives you the ability to set the fireplace running time anywhere from 30 minutes to 5 hours. Once the set time is up, the fireplace will automatically shut off, which means you won't have to remember to manually shut it off.

Furrion RV Fireplace with Crystal Bed

The long-lasting, energy-efficient LED flame lighting comes in 4 different brightness settings. Depending on your preference, you can increase the brightness if you want larger flames or decrease it if you don't want a glare on other electronic screens. You can also change the color of the crystal bed to set the mood for any occasion, whether it's orange for a Halloween party or blue or red for your 4th of July cookout.

Speaking of 4th of July, if its in the middle of summer and you want the atmosphere a fire brings without the heat, you can turn the flame and crystal display on separately from the heat function.

Furrion RV Fireplace Remote Control

The included remote control and batteries let you set all of these - the temperature, flame brightness, color, and timer settings - from up to 20' away. If you can't find the remote or are already near the fireplace, you can also adjust these settings with the easily accessible LED control buttons on the front.

Safety Features Help Prevent Fires and Injuries

Furrion RV Fireplace Safety Features

This fireplace has multiple safety features that, when triggered, will automatically cut off power to the fireplace. The thermal cut-off feature senses when the fireplace is not getting proper airflow, which usually occurs when the vents are blocked. If a child, pet, or flammable object comes within 6" of the fireplace, the close proximity sensor will kick in to prevent the start of a fire or a child from badly burning their hands. And if your RV has a slide out, this fireplace also includes an optional cut-off wire that you can hook up to the control unit for the slide out. When retracting the slide out at the end of a camping trip, the control unit signals the fireplace to cut the power.

Easy, Recessed Installation

Furrion RV Fireplace Recessed Installation

When installing the fireplace, you can recess it into a wall or cabinet inside your RV or camper. If you want a seamless, flush appearance, fully mount the fireplace into a cutout or cabinet opening. If you're concerned about making sure the cooling vents on top have good airflow, you can mount the fireplace halfway into a wall or cabinet. Then use mounting hardware to secure the fireplace in place, and plug the integrated, grounded cord into a wall outlet to power it up. If you need to do any cleaning or maintenance on the fireplace, you can detach the glass front.

I really like it, it does make a kind of clunking sound though when the element is not on, not sure what that's about, but you have to be really listening to hear it. Also had some issues with a thermostat warning light blinking during the winter which required restarts to reactivate the heat.

by:

My house flooded during hurricane Ian so I am renting an rv and the furrion has been the highlight of my stay. Well.. the contractor dropped the power cord converter connected to the rv during the construction inside my home. It shorted and it blew out the fireplace! I ordered this one and got it so quickly it was unbelievable! I love this fireplace and so glad to get a new one. It is so pretty and this thing really heats up a 28’ rv!

by:

great fireplace, works awesome, great heat, zero problems

by:

This was a great addition to my unit, kept the area warm on the chilly mornings and evenings in the spring/fall but, when I stopped in to check it out as we prepare for the spring opening, I was met by one heck of a surprise... The cover glass shattered over the winter.

We have the Furrion 30" Electric Fireplace in our camper now. I had to replace it because electric hookup at a camp site killed it along with our invertor. The fireplace is great as it alone keeps the entire camper warm and dont have to use the gas furnace. I have used etrailer for several items in the past. Always on time, always arrives intact and on time.

Fireplace is still working great. It, and the camper have at least 6000 miles of bouncing over bad roads, and still heats and looks like new.

by:

Fireplace arrived on time and in perfect condition, thank you etrailer for the great service

by:

Worked when I put it in.
But when I
needed it it would not come on. Do not happy with the unit. I don’t recommend this unit at all ….

I do see that this fireplace does have a safety feature that, when triggered, will automatically cut off the power to the fireplace. The thermal cut-off feature senses when the fireplace is not getting proper airflow, which usually occurs when the vents are blocked. There are also sensors on the fireplace that will detect whenever a child, pet, or anything flammable comes within 6 inches of it. And if your RV has a slide out, this fireplace also includes an optional cut-off wire that you can hook up to the control unit for the slide out. When retracting the slide out at the end of a camping trip, the control unit signals the fireplace to cut the power. Please look to make sure that these safety measures are not being triggered and let me know if this helps.

This Furrion electric heater was easy to install and has been terrific. The OEM heater in our Forest River trailer did not heat our space. This replacement unit circulates the warm air and is a big improvement. We tend to use it manually, running it only when we present. The auto thermostat component of the controls does not seem to operate. The spaced warms up, the heater turns off, an operator needs to trigger the thermostat to resume a heating cycle. Safe but one must remember to reactivate the unit before the chill returns.

@John We're sorry to hear that, the fireplace is protected by a 1-year warranty.

by:

I absolutely love my fireplace

by:

Great fireplace exactly as described but even better Service! I received this order before even getting notifications of another part being shipped out by competition (e trailer doesn't have the part) I'll use this site for everything I can from now on!

by:

Nicely constructed unit. BUT, The temperature only increments in 5 degree amounts from 65 to 90, which does not allow for good granularity in temperature. For example setting at 70 keeps our rig at around 65 degrees through the night (measured from our coach thermostat not the fireplace). Setting the temp at 75 keeps the rig at around 72 degrees. that is a huge range between a 5 degree increment on the control.

We installed it with the 2 inches showing from the cabinet but it looked very bulky so we widened the opening and made it flush. The manual doesn't state it but the top vents are not blocked by installing it flush, the air simply comes in from the back of the unit (flashlight test proved this).

Also, haven't noticed much difference running on low heat versus high heat. Maybe in a really cold environment it would make a difference, but at upper 30s to 40s at night the low heat works fine. 6 amps for low versus 11.5 amps for high.

From a shipping standpoint, unit arrived well packaged. One stone was loose and floating around but rest of unit and glass was fine.

The fireplace still works like it is brand new. Ive been using it for a couple weeks into the fall season already and am thankful to have it. It keeps my living room. And kitchen area warm. I would buy this product again.

by:

Beautiful fireplace and love all the colors too!! Thank you!!

by:

The service from e trailer was very good ! Delivery was spot on and it was easy to navigate their web site and find exactly what I needed !

by:

Really impressed with the Fireplace. I just received it today, I will start installing it in our RV next week. It will keep our RV very warm in early spring or fall. It will be a great addition to our RV. Will look great.
Etrailer does a great job pricing, boxing and shipping out orders!

by:

These are a fantastic source of heat

by:

This was purchased to replace a unit that went bad. The replacement works fine so I am hoping the bad one was just a one off.

by:

We were looking to upgrade our RV and wanted to add a fireplace. Product arrived on time and we'll be installing over the next 10 days. Great heat output and very quiet. Better than running our heat pump from the ceiling and won't use up our propane from our furnace. Wife really liked the different selections of flames and intensities. Will add to the review with pics after it's installed.

Product failed, but Furion replaced it under warranty. New unit works perfect. Hopefully this one will not have to be replaced

by:

This fireplace is fabulous! It looks beautiful and the best part is how much heat it gives off. I would highly rate this fireplace. We get so many compliments. And it fit perfectly in a small remodel we did for our camper.

by:

Arrived before estimated date, well packaged, exactly as described.

This was one of the best purchases we made. This unit will warm our full 37ft travel trailer even with temperatures down to 40, no need to run the furnace.

by:

Great electric fire place/ heater. Puts off enough heat to warmup our entire 32 foot 5th wheel. Installation was easy other than some minor carpentry to fit it to the opening of our old heater. Remote control makes for easy operation.

by:

So far so good! We have not installed it yet, but the fireplace itself it beautiful and came quicker than expected!

I am happy to explain the different in cut out sizes for the Furrion RV Electric Fireplace with Crystals - 30" Wide - Recessed Mount - Black part # FF30SC15ABL Julie. • Can I Install a Furrion Fireplace in My Home Instead of an RV or Travel Trailer
Yes. You can install a Furrion # FF30SC15ABL in your den since these are designed to be mounted in a recessed wall. There are vents on the top, and it will need to have insulation cleared out of it around that area or it will throw error codes for not ventilating properly.
