Replacement for Amber RV Porch Light
The Replacement Lens you referenced is only designed to fit the Optronics RV Porch Utility Light - Incandescent - Oval - White Housing - Amber Lens # RVPL5A and Optronics RV Porch Utility Light w/ Switch # RVPL7A and I would not be able to guarantee a fit in any other light. I was unable to locate a reference to your particular light so the best option we can offer is one of the two aforementioned porch lights.

Availability of Optronics RV Porch Utility Light with Clear Lens
Yes, for the same type of light as the Optronics RV Porch Utility Light # RVPL5A you were looking at but with a clear lens you can use the part # RVPL7C. This assembly has the same white base and overall dimensions but with a clear lens and a built-in toggle switch that you can use to turn the light on and off. Removing the Lens on Optronics RV Oval Porch and Utility Light - Amber
The lens on the RV Oval Porch and Utility Light # RVPL5A is held to the housing with some tabs on the lens that fit slots on the housing. To remove the lens you will need something thin and flat like a knife or small screwdriver to gently pry the lens free. The tabs on the lens are located at the top and bottom of the lens so to avoid breaking then start gently prying on the sides of the lens until you can see the tabs well enough to avoid them. I checked with Optronics and the RV Oval Porch and Utility Light # RVPL5A that you referenced takes a 1141 bulb. Right now we only have white LED versions like part # DI23VR.
