would you have a replacement for fastec #44610 door lock, it is 3 1/2 W and 5 1/2H any color or something to use in its place

From what I could find on the Fastec 44610, it requires a cut-out of 5-1/4" tall x 2-3/4" wide. We do not have a lock option that matches up to that perfectly.

The best option we have is the Bauer Products Rotary Latch # BA85FR which fits a cut-out of 6" tall x 4" wide which would require you to enlarge the cut-out. There is also the Bauer Products European Style RV Entry Door Lock # BA26AR which requires a cut-out of 7-7/16" tall x 3-3/4" wide. So it is taller but a little more narrow, compared to the other option.

Neither will be a perfect fit for your current cut-out, but those are the best two options we have available.
