etrailer - Product delivered fast, however as expected from LTL deliveries a few minor scratches and one bin had a gouge out of it.
Product itself - Easy to Install. Lined up to the I Beams well. The bins them self seem to be pretty durable, however the Flip lids are disappointing (Flimsy and no easy way to seal or to latch/lock). Which they offered the full 48" bins for the 96" long product as the smaller bins fill up pretty quickly. Overall - Works well for the cost and will keep the camper cleaner with a spot for all the hoses, leveling blocks, Power cords etc..

It does its job. It would be a five star if it was sealed so water doesn't get in and if it was made to lock instead of a DIY lock project.
storage bins are very functional and were relatively easy to install (best with two people; the covers for the drawers arrived damaged as the rubber hinge pulled out of the rivets holding the cover to the drawer (this I had to repair); no drain holes were present and the holes on the side of the drawers did not line up with the latch bolt (this I had to repair as well), so quality control and design of hinge is well below average for the price paid for this product. Although highly functional, be prepared to DIY repairs/modifications to have the product work properly.

Slide outs sag and retain water. Locking holes do not line up so modifications are needed. Composite plastic could be better or aluminum.
It does what it says and I am overall happy with the purchase. However as other reviewers have mentioned the hinges are junk. They use scraps of rubber for the hinges and then rivet them on. All of the rivets pull right through the rubber rending them useless. I ground them all off and replaced them with stainless steel bolts. Also you will want to drill way more drainage holes. It's a decent product but with these monor changes it could be a great product.
I already have one of these, decided to add another because I really like the concept. Giving four stars because they don't need to be as wide as the trailer. Lippert needs to manufacture these to be around 18 inches narrower overall length. Reason I say this is it would help keep the bins dry. I drilled the bottom of my bins out like Swiss cheese, but I still only store stuff in them that can stand getting wet every time it precipitates out. If you have an 8.5 ft wide trailer I would get the smaller 96 inch model just to keep it tucked under the body a little bit
This is a good product. Could be better. The hinges are weak. Need better rivets. Three rivets on my box were already ripped out. The box frames mounting brackets are to narrow for a toy hauler trailer I welded new mounting plates on each side to make it work and fixed the weak rivets with large flange rivets with backup washers and it now works perfect for what I use it for. If you have a little bit of mechanical ability you can overcome the deficiencies of this box and make it work fine.
I've had this for a year. I'm happy with it. It works well and the plastic bins hold up better than I expected.
Why 3 stars? Well that's because of what you get for what you pay. It's significantly overpriced for what it is. I'm sure it's low volume and not the most cost efficient to build at those volumes. However, for the money the bins should be sturdier, weather tight and deeper. There is several feet of unused space.
As it is if you can stomach the price it's a great storage solution for leveling blocks and sewer hoses and such that can be in the elements.
I would buy it again. When the plastic boxes wear out I will likely make metal replacements. The frame is solid.
The storage unit works great. It was simple to mount and fit my my rig well. I bought the unit to store the black water equipment and the slide struts in and it works very well for both. I also like the fact that the bins can be removed from the rack. One thing that would make the bins better is if they could be locked.

It is working great ,doing the job that I bought it to do. I have not had any material or mechanical problems with the unit. I just wish it locked as I stated in my first review .
Solved some storage problems for my rv, just gotta drill a bunch of holes in the bottom to let water drain out. Don't store anything in the bins that can't get wet.

I mounted the storage bins to the my truck camper, works great for light weight items, nothing to heavy. I had to shorten the frame to get the length I wanted. Highly recommend for light weight storage.
pretty nice unit. the quality is nicely built, but like a lot of people have stated, they could have come up with better hindges
Great extra storage with that said, here is my review. The pictures are a just a bit deceiving, even after looking at the dimensions and spec sheet. I believed the bins were bigger. When installing use two people or the old large zip tie or rope method to allow some room for adjustment. Going of the installation sheet you are suppose to use self tapping screws. I started that way but ended up using #20 1 1/2 hex bolts. I installed 8 of these. The installation instructions said two hex and two self tapping.
My camper is right at 8 feet wide, water runs down the side and possibly get into the bins. There is no way to lock the bins that I know of. I am satisfied of the product just wished the bins were a little longer and deeper. If I had to purchase again, $500 is a little steep.
I gave four stars due that this is through e-trailer and love the products they offer. Would like to see more products down the road.
I mounted this on my toy hauler XLR about a foot from the entrance door works well had to drill holes into the bottom of the storage container as water from the rain will fill it up. The two rubber hinges that are riveted to the container lid pretty much suck rivets and the rubber strap will not hold in place need to make a hard mesh strap that will hold in place. Holds up to 100 pounds I can fit my 50 amp fifty foot cable inside one side and all my water hoses and filters in the other. I also fabricate a flat piece of metal and added a slots to slide it into for security.
Shipping was rough, comes on a pallet, no box, bins are a little beat up but its fine being it is mounted under the trailer and will likely get weathering. Little expensive for what you get, pin lock holes are miss-drilled in the bins leaving a lot of slop in the "lock" feature. There are no drain holes in the bins either, added them myself, and the rubber lid "hinges" will likely fail after extended use, so time will tell on the durability. Bin plastic is thick and seems rugged and durable. Frame is sturdy, wasn't too hard of an installation...Got it done by myself in about 1.5 hours.
