Dimensions of Lippert Storage bin Unit

Item LC175180 has a description of 96 inch total length and I saw in another question answered by one of your experts gave it dimensions with a total length of 99-1/2. What is the actual total length dimension? Also will a undercarriage spare tire winch/mount fit in the middle of this unit?

The Lippert Underchassis Storage Bin # LC175180 has a length of 96".
There is another unit, the Lippert Underchassis Storage Bin # LC236558, which has a length of 99-1/2". There wouldn't be the necessary room for a spare tire mount to fit between the bins, though you may be able to place it in a location on the frame where it would not interfere with your spare tire mount.
