Question:

If I purchase an additional LC175725 which is the longer storage bin. Will it work with the LC175180 if I remove one of the original shorter bins?

Good question. The Large Storage Bins # LC175725 and the Small Storage Bins # LC131633 do have the same dimensions as far as height and width, so technically the Underchassis Double Bin # LC175180 could accommodate one of the larger bins. My only concern is that the Underchassis Double Bin # LC175180 has a metal tube attached to the frame which is kind of a stopper for the small bins (see picture below). This metal piece would prevent the larger bin from sliding in all the way and would need to be removed in order to accommodate the larger bins. You would probably also want to add a similar kind of stopper for the larger bin. We generally do not recommend modifying products like this but if you are comfortable doing that kind of work it could potentially be done.
