Is Mounting Hardware Included with the Lippert Underchassis Double Bin Storage Unit

Question:

Just ordered the LC175180 and was reviewing the installation. I am prepping for the installation. Does this come with the mounting hardware or do I need to go off what the installation instructions states on the purchasing my own? Another question, is there a recommendation on the where to install, I want to install closer to the rear of the RV bumper trailer. Thank you in advance,

The Lippert Underchassis Double Bin Storage Unit # LC175180 does not come with the mounting hardware. It does, however, list out the hardware in the installation instructions as you mentioned. This includes the following:

2 - 1/4" x 1 1/2" Self Tapping Screw
2 - 1/4" - 20 x 1" Hex Head Bolt
2 - 1/4" Locking Washer
2 - 1/4" - 20 Hex Nut

There aren't any specifications when it comes to mounting location for the storage unit either. Just be sure that it is in a location that won't cause you to lose ground clearance and you are good to go!
