Question:
I am looking for an under trailer storage compartment, what do you have?
asked by: Ron
Expert Reply:
I have three different under trailer storage compartments for you depending on the width of your trailer. To determine which storage compartment is correct for you, you will want to take a tape measure and measure the distance between the spring center holes on your axle. This distance can also be found on the axle tag labeled "SC" for spring center. The tag is usually located on the centerline of the axle.
If the spring center measurement on your trailers measures to be 68-1/2" apart then you will want to use the Lippert Underchassis Double Bin Storage Unit part # LC175180. If the spring center measurement on your trailers measures to be 72" apart then you will want to use the Lippert Underchassis Double Bin Storage Unit part # LC236558. The 72" spring center version is also offered with an integrated spare tire carrier using part # LC125460.
