Question:

Hi, I need parts for the idler arm for the 2020 Heartland North Trail 24BHS. If possible I can buy the whole assy, but I think only 3-4 parts are needed. Would it be possible for you to send be an exploded view of the arm I need or a list of the parts? I cannot tell from the website what part or parts I need or can buy. Thanks.

Without knowing exactly which awning assembly you have-either 63" or 69"-there could be a number of parts that you might need. You can get just the pitch arm assembly with the Replacement Pitch Arm Assembly for Solera 69" Standard Flat Awning Support Arm - Black # LC375994 or Replacement Pitch Arm Assembly for Solera XL 63" Flat Awning Support Arm - Black # LC67VR. If you need the entire arm then you'll either need the Replacement Short Arm Assembly for RV Awnings - 63" Long - Black # LC404523 or Solera 69" Standard Flat Awning Support Arm, Black # LC281154.

If you also need the idler head then you can use the Solera Manual Crank Style Awning Idler Head, Black # LC273479 or Solera Manual Pull Style Awning Idler Head, Black # LC285147, but it sounds like you possibly just need the arm.
