Jeff Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this replacement Lippert spur gear for the Schwintek RV slide-outs. Now, this will replace one spur gear on your Schwintek RV slide-out. It is a 16 tooth gear. This is designed to ride on the slide-out's rack as the slide-out travels in and out.
Few specs on this, the diameter on this gear is gonna be right at one inch. Width of the teeth is right at a half an inch. And then the size of the hex opening in the center is also a half an inch. But that should do it for the review on the replacement Lippert spur gear for the Schwintek RV slide-outs..

Part was just as described and works perfectly for my schwintek slide.
Same gear as what came out of my triple rack Lippert (Schwintek) slide. My lower one had a missing tooth I replaced all three gears.
This gear worked perfectly for my schwintec slide system exact oem replacement!!
Side note there is a little notch on the raised side of the gear make sure when installing that the notch is is installed in the same position to keep the gears in alignment if not the gears will be half a tooth off
