I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com, and we're going to take a really quick look at the replacement spur gear for your Lippert In-Wall Slide-Out.Now this is a direct replacement for the gear from Lippert, so I'm going to get a close-up so you can actually see how it looks to make sure that this is the right fit for you. Maybe it got just damaged, one of the teeth got broken off, or it's just not working right, so you need a new one. We do have a lot of other replacement gear as well or a lot of other replacement parts here at etrailer.com as well, so if you need anything else, we should have you covered.But this is the little guy, and bring it up close to you, getting. focus, focus. There we are.
So, we've got 16 teeth on this spur gear. And as far as the gear size, we've got 16 DP which is the ratio between the teeth and the diametrical pitch and also a 20 PA which is the pitch angle or the angle of those gears for the teeth where they start to go off from the center line. So, probably more technical information than you really need, but again, gear size, 16 DP by 20 PA.There's kind of an indent on this side and then a raised portion on this other side, so it should nest in place.That's pretty much all there is to it for our look at the replacement spur gear for your Lippert In-Wall Slide-Out. Perfect Part and Great Service from ETr ailer
Needed these spur gears to fix my slide out on my trailer. Ordered and were shipped the next day with notifications. They were a little pricey but that was due to them being shipped to Canada with exchange rate (ouch) and shipping (ouch, ouch) but I needed them.

The spur gears worked as they should. There is a little mark between two of the teeth so when I installed them on the shaft I made sure they were in the same slot on the shaft. It took a month to get all the parts needed to finally get the slide repaired. I did it myself, took my time and everything worked out well. It can be done!
Exact match for what I needed.
etrailer came through big time, ordered part (spur gears) for my lippert slide out on friday ,got the part 4 days later on tuesday . Slide out fixed- all is good, Thanks etrailer

These gears do have the #2 stamped into them. My OEM gears did not, but these are exactly the same.
