Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this Equal-i-zer replacement sway control bracket. This is going to fit right in place of the original bracket for your Equal-i-zer weight distribution system that's rated for 4,000 pounds. Because this is a direct replacement from Equal-i-zer you can trust it is gonna fit in place of that bracket and give you that same support that you need. No worries about fit issues or compatibility problems or anything like that. This will attach to your trailer tongue and provide the mounting point for your spring bar.
The spring bar of course, is not included. You'll just use the original spring bar from your setup or if you're needing a replacement for that those are sold separately as well. This is going to help stop your sway in your weight distribution system just like the original with that steel on steel friction with the spring bar. We're gonna help keep everything in line. This is gonna come with everything that you see here.
So it is just gonna be the one side but it does include the retaining clip here to hold your spring bar in place to make sure that it's not going to slide off. And they do also include some instructions to help you assemble and get it all installed just in case it's been a while since you installed the original. Great product but more importantly I want to say the service at etrailer is fantastic. I had a couple issues, one caused by me ordering the wrong part and the other was wrong hardware from the Mfg. Neither were the fault of etrailer but they were extremely helpful in resolving my issues. Big thanks to Carla and the rest of their team for the prompt replies and curteous service!
