Works as it should on my trailer lights

These are great brackets for mounting the old style square brake/signal lights to any trailer. I used them this spring on an old boat trailer and liked them so much i bought them again to replace a broken bracket on my utility trailer. They are galvanized steel and rock solid. They have square holes for either 5/16 carriage bolts or regular. They come in pairs.

Brackets came in today! I opted for priority mail to make sure I had them within the time I needed. They were here within a few days. I just finished putting them on my smoker trailer that was built for me without lights. After searching amazon for brackets, I did a quick google search and found these at a fraction of the price! I had to purchase carriage bolts, lock washers, and nuts at [Hardware store], but I am very well pleased!

Installed on a 2" box frame trailer. Drilled and tapped holes, threaded the bolts through the square holes and snugged them down. Existing lights fit perfectly, no more wobbly brackets.

Great bracket. I upgraded the rusted, bent light brackets on the (non CE Smith) boat trailer my dad gave me. I had to drill one hole per side as there was already one hole on each side. I used 3/8" hex bolts instead of the suggested carriage bolts as the carriage bolt square portion extending through the bracket interfered with the ability to mount the bracket to the trailer. The taillight mounting holes lined up perfectly with the existing lights.

Excellent brackets to mount tail lights STL8RB and STL9RB on the back of my boat trailer. I put L brackets on the trailer and attached these to the L brackets. Worked like a charm.

If your looking for a galvanized taillight bracket - this will do the job. It's not the smooth finish of the aluminium version, but hey, I didn't buy it for that in this case. I actually bought a pair of these to fix my garage door sensors. And I bought the aluminium pair for my actual trailer. But I appreciate the fact they accept 3/8 carriage bolts which helps not needing a second wrench or socket.

This is a solid, 1/8" thick bracket. Much stronger than those that came on trailer kits I've built. It won't bend easily should you back your trailer into something hard, so your tail light might suffer as a result.

The brackets are a heavier metal thats been hot dip galvanized. A quality item.

Taillight Bracket Recommendation for an Older Harbor Freight Trailer
It should, the Replacement Tail Light Bracket # CE26057G is designed to fit most stud mounted trailer taillights so it should work well to attach your taillights to your trailer. You will need a couple 3/8 inch carriage bolts to attach the bracket to your trailer and you might need to drill into the trailer for attaching the brackets but that shouldn't be a problem.

Recommended Bracket For Mounting Trailer Light On Side Of Trailer
We do have mounting brackets that are designed for trailer lights that may work for you. I recommend the Tail Light Bracket , part # CE26057G. I have attached a photo that has the dimensions noted for the bracket. The distance between the light mounting holes is 2 inches.

Need Tail Light Mounting Brackets for Tail Lights Included in Trailer Light Kit # TL5RK
The Optronics Trailer Light Kit # TL5RK that you referenced does not include mounting brackets for the two tail light assemblies since these lights use their mounting studs to mount and provide the ground connection. You can use a bracket to mount the tail lights but you will want to be sure that there is a solid metal-to-metal connection between the bracket you use and the trailer frame to enable a good ground. The spacing of the two mounting studs on these Optronics lights is 2-inches...

How Do Peterson Trailer Light # 432200 Mount to Trailer
The Peterson lights you have like part # 432200 are stud mounted lights. For a bracket you could use the part # CE26057G. To see how lights like this typically install on a trailer check out the video I attached. Basically the trailer will need to have a bracket on it already and you would have to drill 2 holes to mount this light.

How Should the Sealed, Uni-Lite Mini LED Side Marker and Clearance Light # MCL11RKB Install
I went out and measured the diameter of the hole of the Replacement Tail Light Bracket # CE26057G and found it to be .78 of an inch. The Sealed, Uni-Lite Mini LED Side Marker and Clearance Light # MCL11RKB that you also referenced is designed to fit a .68 inch hole. The best way to mount the # MCL11RKB is going to be to drill an 11/16 inch hole in the trailer where you want the light installed.

What is the Thickness and Center Hole Diameter of the Tail Light Bracket # CE26057G?
I went ahead and pulled the # CE26057G from our warehouse and made those measurements for you. The large hole measures 3/4" in diameter and the thickness of the bracket is just over 1/16 of an inch. I attached a diagram of these dimensions for your convenience.
