  Interesting. We don't have that specifically, but there are a couple of routes you could go. Most trailers will use the Scissor Stabilizer Jack - 18-3/4" Travel - 2,500 lbs - Qty 1 # TJSC-24 for stability in the corners so you could mount a receiver shank to that and use # TJSC-24-HD as a sidewind crank.   I do have a solution for you, however the Square Direct Weld Jack w/ Footplate # TJD-5000S is not currently available without the attached drop leg. We do have a wide selection of similar style, 3,000 pound jacks that do not come with the drop leg. I recommend the Bulldog Square Jack # BD195369, which is a square, weld-on jack that has a 15 inch lift and does not include a drop leg or foot. • Can the Side Wind Handle on a Side Mount Tongue Jack Be Switched to Mount Inside Frame
  I do have an option for you but you can't just switch the side of the handle on a trailer tongue jack, that's not something they allow for no matter which you go with. If you want to mount the jack inside the frame and crank from the outside you'll have to use a weld-on option like the Square Direct Weld Jack part # TJD-5000S. Please note, you'd have to weld the jack up high enough for the handle to clear the frame while in use.

  From the center of the top hole on the mounting bracket for the Fulton Square Marine Jack # FHD2500 to the center of the bottom hole there is a distance of right at 5-3/8 inches. This jack will mount to 3 inch x 5 inch trailer frames so if you have a 5-1/2 inch tall frame this will not fit. However, I can confirm that while the jack is completely retracted, the distance from the bottom of the outer tube to the bottom of the foot plate will be 2-1/2". Therefore, if you were to align the bottom of the outer tube on the jack with the bottom of your bumper you would only need 2-1/2" of clearance....

You would have to take the top cap off and then drive out a roll pin and/or clips holding the handle in one of the gears.
